  It was a good price. Nice room. Clean. Close to the subway line to Kyoto or other cities.

  I had a small issue at checkout with the staff but they let it go. They expected me to pay 1,000 yen for checking out late but didn’t inform or call us about it until after it was too late. They let it go after I spoke with the English speaking staff. The other staff refused to budge.

  First of all, the hotel was new and very clean. The view from the room we were given was quite good. The breakfast was average. I can definitely recommend it.

  The location is great, just 5 minutes from Hankyu Juso Station, which offers connections to Umeda (Osaka's central transit hub), Kyoto, and more. The room was clean, and a humidifier was provided. The staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. There is also a laundry room available.
