  The location was convenient with only few minutes walk from the local metro station. Also about 10 min taxi from Umeda Osaka station. Had a nice breakfast.
  
  What could be improved: The room was little on the tighter side not much space for opening two luggage. Ok for 1 person but tight for two with big luggage. Also depending on the room, no outside view.

  New property so rooms are clean and shining. Close to subway station, walkable distance. Has wash and ice vending options. Multiple restaurants and convenience stores in walking distance. WiFi was good.

We felt disappointed on the rude response from the girl serving break fast when we asked if she can warm the milk for children in microwave.
