  This was an amazing stay. Enough space, all the facilities we needed, it was clean and close to a station only 2 stops (5 minutes) away from Namba station. I would really recommend this for your stay in Osaka!

  I recently stayed at this apartment and had a very positive experience. The quiet atmosphere was a highlight, and I appreciated the fact that it wasn't manned—check-in and check-out were seamless and hassle-free. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathroom tub was a nice touch. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Overall, a great stay with everything running smoothly.
  
  What could be improved: However, there were a few downsides: the Wi-Fi was a bit slow, causing videos to buffer intermittently, and the lack of an elevator meant carrying luggage upstairs. Additionally, we had an issue with the air conditioner not cooling effectively, but the staff responded promptly even after hours.

  What could be improved: False advertising. Their king sized bed is actually a queen, although they claim that JP King is different, even though other JP hotels have had actual king sized beds. They have no hot tub either. This place seems like a Chinese owned company that leases in Japan.
