  Great location, great lounge facilities, including complimentary hot and cold drinks. Excellent coffee! Loved the public bath. Wonderful staff who replied to our questions promptly we were able to leave luggage earlier.

  Near the station, so comfortable location, although not much to do around it in the evening. Clean, free soft drinks and coffee.

  My stay in Y's Hotel Shin-Osaka was a short one but I have nothing but praise for the front desk staff who are always happy to help and always have a genuine smile on when they are wishing you a good morning.
  
  Despite the language barrier between us they helped me forward a suitcase to another hotel and answered any questions I had.
  
  The hotel is situated between two convenient station for both metro and JR lines, the neighbourhood is quiet but not without a variety of restaurants and convenience shops.
  
  The room was small so I found it difficult to have two suitcases in and still move comfortably but the price was very reasonable.

  I love that this hotel was tattoo friendly and had a tattoo friendly sento (public bath). Good for warm soaks after a cold day.

  The location was good, 10 min from Shin-Osaka and 6 min walk from the M-subway line. I didn‘t use the amenities, but the room was clean and it had all the needed basics.
  
  What could be improved: The room was the smallest I had in Japan, there were no places to sit besides the bed (there was a small table to use while sitting on the bed). It was fine, just not super comfortable (I‘d recommend it for 1-2 nights). The staff was fine, I was not treated badly by any means, but they were not the friendliest staff I met while in Japan.
