  Most comfortable bed I've slept on in Japan. Great price for what you get. Cheaper price than a hostel for a whole mini apartment.

  Easy to find – just a short walk from the subway – and in a quiet neighbourhood. Just a 20 minute walk to the grounds of Osaka Castle, too. Comfortable beds, a washer-dryer: well-equipped.

  The apartment was quite spacious with good facilities. It is located close to public transport. The staff were very helpful.

  Since we had a delay in the flight, we arrived after midnight. Although I was late to inform, they sent us the details to enter the room. They had left a phone at the enterance to call in case of a problem to check in after hours (considering you wont have a local phone to call). I thought that was very thoughtful and they answwred the phone.

  General warning to tourists, you can not sleep 2 adults and a kid in double bed. We are glad, this room had a seperate coach turmed bed for our 10 year old son.

  We stayed in the cozy one double bed apartment that looked lile local flat and had everything we need. Bathroom was a bit older but very clean with anemities at the reception. Separate wc is big plus (but i did not understand small sink above the wc 🤔). Spare sheets were convinient if you need second blanket.
  Location was few minutes from station to Kyoto, metro and Osaka castle and with combinis nearby.
  We heard some noise first night, but rest night were very quite.
  Option to leave luggage at the reception when arriving early.
  
  What could be improved: There is step when entering hall/kitchen/bathroom area. For tall people above 175 cm need to bend a bit when going to wc.
  Receptionist was not present at the check in, but one call resolved it.
  No breakfast, but small dining section in the apartment and nearby 7Eleven compensated more than enough.
  Wuite lafe chick in, but we had same problem in all Hotels in Japan

  Exceptionally clean and well laid out. Little extras provided (toiletries) were a nice touch. Good location for accessing transport and to walk to places of interest. Staff were really accommodating when our arrival was delayed and in sourcing a taxi when leaving.
