The Hiranomachi area has this nice mix of modern office buildings and traditional touches that feels authentically Osaka without being touristy. Couples especially seem to get this — they consistently rate the location around 9.1, and I totally understand why. There’s something romantic about strolling down Midosuji in the evening, especially when you know you’ve got a luxury hotel to return to.

The Room Experience

The room design strikes this perfect balance between Japanese minimalism and international luxury standards. You know what impressed me most? The attention to detail in the lighting — they’ve clearly thought about how the space feels at different times of day. The windows offer solid city views, and honestly, watching Osaka wake up from your window while having morning coffee is pretty special. The bathrooms are spacious by Japanese standards, which any traveler who’s stayed in Tokyo’s shoebox hotels will appreciate.

Dining and Amenities

The buffet breakfast deserves a mention — it’s this thoughtful blend of Western classics and Japanese options that actually works. I’ve stayed at places where they try to do everything and end up doing nothing well, but this feels curated. The restaurant staff clearly knows their stuff, and they’re genuinely helpful about local recommendations. There’s parking available too, which might not sound exciting until you’ve tried finding a spot in central Osaka on your own.

  It all started with the friendly, cooperative and welcoming staff.
  Rooms were clean and comfortable.
  Location was in the middle of Midosuji which is a walking distance from the shopping center.

  We booked a room on the executive floor, which gave us access to the executive lounge on the 25th floor for drinks and snacks, as well as the breakfast in this same area. The view from this lounge and the room was great, overlooking the city and offering great views of the bustling city around us. The lounge snacks and drinks were perfect. There was a nice selection of cheeses, cold cuts, desserts,…
  We enjoyed the room in which we stayed very much. It was very clean, modern, had a lovely ambiance and it was spacious enough for us. The bed was huge! The room amenities were good.
  The location of the hotel was good, as it was only about a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro stations which made it a perfect base for the exploration of Osaka.
  
  What could be improved: When booking an executive stay, we think that the hotel parking during the stay should be included.

  Breakfast was OK. rooms were outstanding and spacious. Loved the bathroom and Japanese toilet. Laundry service was prompt. Staff was very helpful and spoke excellent English. Would definitely stay here again – best hotel of our trip to Japan.
  
  What could be improved: Bar closed early – 9:30 – instead of stated closing time of 10. We had wanted to try a flight of Japanese whiskies but each night when we returned after dinner the bar was closed.

  Love the location, it’s near the metro and the walk to & fro is very peaceful. It’s near to Family mart and 7-eleven, making it accessible to get late night snack. The hotel is clean and the lobby is spacious. Happy with the room, love the layout and we can watch netflix!! Happy with our stay definitely. The staffs are friendly and helpful too. Will recommend this hotel.

  Hotel was located in a nice part of Osaka with good restaurants within walking distance. Really excellent breakfast including lots of things for vegans. Wheelchair accessible and very helpful staff.
