  I absolutely loved this hotel!! Bed was comfortable, convenient to everything and a family Mary on the corner!!

  The location was fantastic, it is right above the Sakaisuji Line's Kitahama Station, accessible via Exit 3. Word of advice for those who are carrying large luggage, you can exit the station through the Stock Exchange building via Exit 1B, it is just a few steps away on the ground floor.

  It’s highly recommended, train station is just beside the hotel door, all the staff are friendly and most importantly, they can store your luggage even days before check-in. Breakfast is good and you have everything you need in the reception lobby. Drinks are available 24/7.
  
  What could be improved: The hotel doesn‘t have enough washing machine. They don‘t have a dryer so we still went to a laundry shop to dry.
