  I was pleasantly surprised by the pillow made of plastic bubbles, and I slept relatively well. I appreciated that the natural spring felt private and was not overcrowded; I truly enjoyed the hot bath experience. However, the only downside was the quality of the toilet paper. While I understand the importance of environmental principles, we shouldn't compromise on quality. Overall, the breakfast was good.

  Hardly met the staff but it’s fine, everything you could need is packed out on the check-in floor – during check-in, it’s also explained. The room was clean, the spa was really nice and also clean. You get fresh towels and tooth brush every day on your door. Location was really good, subway entry is just right before the building. The convenience store is just on ground level of the building.
  The elevator is pretty quick, the bar is free from 17-21 (though I didn’t find the time to try).
  The room is small but that’s expected, it’s Osaka.
  Absolutely recommended!
  For check out you only need to put a magnet on your door that you checked out, really convenient!

  No key is a nice concept. Location is great as it's right at subway entrance. Also, restaurants nearby are not that busy and good value. Family Mart on 1F is a bonus.
  
  What could be improved: Going to Shinsaibashi is a bit long distance walking (almost 20 min). Staff will be greater if able to communicate in English better.

  Very Clean and the staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was excellent! Delicious food and plentiful! Really liked the drinking water receptacle on each floor. Lovely onsen with long operating hours.
