Air conditioning keeps things comfortable year-round, and the soundproofing effectively blocks out street noise.

Breakfast here is straightforward Asian fare — rice, miso soup, some pickled vegetables, that sort of thing. Actually, I found myself appreciating the simplicity after a few days of Osaka’s incredibly rich street food.   I stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed my time. The room was very clean, and the space was surprisingly comfortable for Japan – much more spacious than I expected. The location was also perfect, close to everything I needed: shops, restaurants, and public transport. I would definitely stay here again!

  Very clean comfy hotel right in the heart of restaurants and shopping. There were a whole lot of amenities provided at the reception so you are really not short of anything. The water is filtered so the tap water is drinkable. The staff at reception were very friendly and ready to help with anything. Excellent customer service and special mention to Mr Jeyong at reception who was exceptional in his customer service and he really went above and beyond and helped us during our checkout.
  
  What could be improved: The room ( Double bed )is pretty small for a couple especially if you have 2 big bags. There wasn't really any space to move around as we had to keep the bags in front of the bathroom door and the exit door. Maybe this room should be labelled as for single travellers. But this is expected of hotels in Japan regarding small rooms but it didnt deter us from not enjoying our stay.

  We felt looked after very well, the staff were amazing, so helpful! The hotel provides everything one might need, including all the toiletries, curling irons, etc.
  
  What could be improved: We couldn't open the window and therefore didn't have any view. The glass was frosted. However, we were only mostly sleeping there so it didn't matter too much.

  We like everything, emphasizing the layout of the bathroom and watercloset is so convenient especially for a shared room for two people. Friendly staff and very accommodating.

  In Shinsaibashi so you can walk from attractions, near train station, lots of toiletries for use/rent in the lobby, i used the luggge transfer service to my hotel to Tokyo and it was so easy
