The location is absolutely stellar — I mean, there’s a reason it scored 9.0 for location. You’re literally two minutes on foot from the station, right in the heart of Namba’s entertainment district. The Sennichimae area buzzes with energy day and night, and you’ll find yourself surrounded by restaurants, bars, and that distinctly Osaka nightlife scene. What I love is that despite being in such a central spot, the building itself sits just off the main drag, so you get all the excitement without the constant street noise keeping you awake.

The Space

This is where Sanacion Namba really shines — you’re getting a full 5LDK layout, which basically means five rooms plus a living-dining-kitchen area. It’s perfect for groups or couples who just want to spread out and actually live a bit during their stay. The kitchen is fully equipped (I actually cooked a few meals there), and there’s enough seating and sleeping space for everyone to have their own corner. The whole place feels lived-in rather than sterile, with thoughtful touches that show someone actually cares about the guest experience.

The Balcony Experience

Here’s what sets this place apart from every other accommodation in the area — that spacious balcony where you can actually have a barbecue. I know it sounds almost too good to be true in dense urban Osaka, but they’ve set it up so you can grill out while looking over the city.   部屋がたくさんあって、ベットも多い
  友達同士で利用するのに、とてもよかった
  また、繁華街にあるので、とにかく便利
  
  What could be improved: シャワーが1つあるだけだったので、近所の銭湯を利用しました

  The location was about 12 minute walk to dontombori and it was spacious.
  Storing luggage was a plus.
  
  What could be improved: We had high hopes for this place, but there were several issues that made our stay disappointing.
  1. The entire house had a very strong, unpleasant smell that hit us as soon as we walked in. It smelled like a mix of food and body odor. Running the AC helped a little, but we still ended up buying air fresheners, which didn’t do much.
  2. The house was unkempt. There were holes in the walls, broken lights, and no decorations, which made it feel bare and neglected.
  3. The bathroom lights didn’t work, which made it hard to get ready.
  4. We had no hot water for the last 24 hours and had to take cold showers.
  5. On the second day, we found a mouse dropping under the sheets in one of the beds. We don’t know if it was there before we arrived or not, but it was unsettling.
  6. One of the bedroom doors wouldn’t lock, which made us feel uneasy.
  7. Overall, a lot of things in the house were broken or very worn down. We seriously considered leaving early and booking a hotel, but ended up staying.
  
  The place could be decent with serous renovations. The layout was cool and bed comfort was decent.

  難波でこの値段で泊まれるのはとても安いなと感じました。
  また、別途料金は掛かりますがBBQも出来るので、みんなでワイワイしながら晩御飯を過ごすことが出来ました。
  
  What could be improved: 外の電気が点かなかったのが少し残念でした。それと炊飯器はあったがしゃもじがなかった。
