This little spot sits in Namiyoke, which honestly most tourists probably haven’t heard of, but that’s actually part of its charm. You’re close enough to all the action without being in the thick of those crazy crowds that make parts of Osaka feel like a human sardine can.

The thing that struck me most was how the staff actually seemed to care – not in that over-the-top way that feels fake, but more like they genuinely wanted you to have a good time in their city. The lobby’s pretty understated, clean lines and all that, but there’s something refreshing about a place that doesn’t assault you with flashy décor the moment you walk in. My room was smaller than what you’d get in most Western hotels (I mean, this is Japan, so no surprises there), but everything had its place and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom – well, it’s compact but functional, and the shower pressure was actually decent, which honestly can be hit or miss even in fancier places.

What I really appreciated was the neighborhood vibe. You can walk to some great local spots that you’d never find if you stayed near Dotonbori or Shinsaibashi – there’s this incredible little ramen joint about two blocks away that doesn’t even have an English menu, but the owner will basically adopt you if you show any interest in trying the real deal. The train connections aren’t bad either; you can get to the main tourist areas without too much hassle, but you actually get to experience what it feels like to live in Osaka rather than just visit it. Mornings are pretty quiet around here, which is perfect if you’re not a fan of waking up to street noise and tourist chatter. That 8.1 rating makes sense to me – it’s not trying to be luxury, but it delivers on what it promises without any unpleasant surprises. If you’re the type who values authenticity over Instagram-worthy amenities, and you don’t mind trading some convenience for a more genuine experience, this place hits that sweet spot.

  Close to UJS, City centre & Expo. Big rooms. Good for multi day stay as it allowed room for our family to spread out.
  
  What could be improved: Kitchen was a bit old, and could do with an upgrade. Having a fire inspection while we were staying there was disappointing and could have been arranged on our check in or out check out days as we arrived very late at night and left very early in the morning.

  The apartment is basic, clean and comfortable. There is a system for self check-in and check-out. Hot water, A/C and laundry machine were all working. The location is quiet. There are not many things around but it's a 5 minute walk to the metro. As a suggestion, we think the decoration was a bit dull. It would be nice to add a sofa and some details to make it more cozy and pretty.

  前の日にオーナーから部屋番号と認証番号がメールで送られてきます
  宿の鍵〇号室　　認証番号〇　〇・・・
  マンションのドアのカギ　6階の出入り口の鍵　
  部屋の鍵の三つがあります。6階には２部屋があります。
  共用の6階玄関で靴を脱いで靴箱にしまうようになっています。
  スリッパもありました
  日本語でも書いてあるので指示どうりにすると
  下のボックスが開いて鍵が取り出せました
  退出するときは何時に退出するかメールでお知らせします
  帰りはやはり指示どうりにして右側のセンサーに
  鍵についている四角いプラスチックのものを当てます。
  そうすると下にあるボックスが開きます。
  鍵をしまってドアを閉めておしまいです。
  このような民泊は初めてですので勉強になりました
  オーナーから前もって日本の携帯電話の番号が送られてきました
  またメールアドレスを教えると
  そこにメールで必要なことは送られてきます
  ブッキングコムの電話番号より送られてくるスマホの
  電話番号の方にかけると良いと思います。
  またメールで色々なことを聞くと割りと
  早めに返事が返ってきました
  ファミリースイート　4ダブルベッドは固めで寝やすかったです。
  2部屋の外にはベランダにさおもありました。
  キッチンには小さなお鍋一つとフライパンがありました
  コップが十個ぐらいあっただけです
  ティッシュペーパー、歯ブラシセット、バスタオルセットはあり。
  スポンジ、キッチン洗剤はあり。
  線路を挟んで反対側に行くとロピアというスーパーマーケットと
  ダイソーがあるので買えるかと思いますが
  20時には閉店だと思います。
  また駅の反対側にライフというスーパーもありますが
  7分位は歩いてもかかるので20時過ぎに駅降りたらすぐ
  行ってからここに帰ってきました。
  トイレはウォシュレット付で替えのトイレットペーパーは右の棚です
  ウォークインクローゼットも収納がたっぷりです
  20時から9時までは洗濯機など使用しないようにと
  マンションの入り口に貼ってありました

  Μεγαλο καταλυμα σε πολύ καλή περιοχή κοντά σε σταθμό. Το προσωπικό ανταποκριθηκε αμεσα όταν ξεχάσαμε την τσάντα μας μετά το check out και μας βοήθησε πολύ.

  Nos dejaron entrar antes de tiempo para dejar las maletas. El apartamento es grande y está bien comunicado con el metro, sobretodo para ir al Universal Studios, son unos 15-20 minutos en metro. Cerca tiene un 7 Eleven y un Lawson que está bien para enviar las maletas a otro sitio.
  
  What could be improved: Tenía un olor un poco raro y hacía algo de frío pero tiene bomba de calor y se calienta en seguida.
