  Staffs were very friendly. Breakfast is simple and not much variation.
  
  What could be improved: Its ashamed I have to throw the existing toothbrush in order to use the toothpaste. It will be great to have toothpaste only as part of the amenities located on front lobby. Cheers

  The location close to station and shops and restaurants and bars. Very close to Osaka Bay Tower too with all its shops. Price was great. Room was a good size. The laundry was not busy so great for washing clothes. Love that 7/11 was downstairs next door. The two train lines nearby make it easy to get to anywhere in Osaka.

  EXCELLENT location, like 2 min from the station (there are metro and jr lines), great facilities, cleaning every day.
  
  The only negative thing is breakfast, they give you only onigiri and soup, and a bit of packed pastries. The coffee was good, though.
