  All in all we liked everything! Location is 2-3 mins walk from the metro station, staff were very friendly and polite. We had a nice room on the 17th floor with a view. The hotel is very clean, there are umbrellas to rent (free) on the reception.

  Location is central but out of busy Osaka area. Quiet zone and not bustling. Good stay after travel around the city. There is direct train to Expo. Make it even better.

  Great location, you’re one metro stop from Dotonbori and the station itself is a 2 minute walk. Everything was clean and comfortable.

  Great family room on the 19th floor, plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children , free amenities were a nice touch. Kids slept on futons on the floor which was a bit of fun. They delivered 4 bottles of water every morning with room clean which was great.

  5 mins walk to Honmachi station so very accessible to main attractions
  
  What could be improved: The hotel is in a district that is very commercial , so whilst it was close to station and Dontonburi it lacked a bit of charm.
  We were charged an extra tax despite our booking.com fare stating it was inclusive of tax.
  Some of the staff didn’t speak English so it made some of the communication quite difficult

  The location is accessible to attractions and it is far enough from the busy areas of shinsaibashi and dotonburi

  Lovely hotel in a quiet road off the main road, 5 minute walk from Honmachi metro. The room was quite big considering the normal size of Japanese hotel rooms! It was very comfortable and the staff were nice. Great value for money 🙂
