  Hotel was the perfect location for attending a gig at Zepp Namba
  It was clean and welcoming. Very happy.
  
  What could be improved: Room was basic & small (not unusual for Japan though) Shower was within the bath tub so that might pose a problem for some.

  We stayed in a room with bunk beds. They were a little bit smaller, so it would be perfect for a family with kids. My son was too big for the bed, so I slept in the bunk. The location is nice. Right by one of the fish markets, which is open early morning. Went there for breakfast since we were all jet rugged.
  
  What could be improved: There’s no door to the sink area which is the “dressing room”, just a type of curtain which is kinda see-through.

  We stayed in the Family room and suprisingly it was huge for a standard hotel in Japan, We have 10 luggages in total but still there is still place in the room to walk (but not sure with the double room) The amenities are almost complete and there was a pretty good selection of breakfast as well. I will definitely stay here again.

  Good breakfast with plenty of options. Well connected to major train/metro lines. Quiet room, despite it is very close to the main train line. The staff was very helpful in assisting us during the luggage shipment directly to the airport.

  The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The bathroom was nice and clean and I liked that we got comfy pyjamas to use during our stay. The hotel rooftop was also very nice.
