  なんと言ってももロケーションと電車のアクセスの良さ。USJには近いですし大阪市内や他県へのアクセスも簡単で最高でした。泊まった場所から西九条駅まで歩いて3分。周りはコンビニ、スーパー、レストランが十分にあり便利。部屋も十分な広さでベッドも快適でした。

  A typical Japanese apartment in a big city. Everything was there: a kitchen, a bathroom, a washing machine, a shower, a toilet, three bedrooms and a living room.

  The location was good, close to train station and near some restaurants.
  
  What could be improved: There was already a cleaning fee charge included on the initial booking around $70-$80 but host requested for all towels, and bedding used to be washed, the washer did not had the capacity to wash more tan 5 medium size towels and it did not dry, only "wind dry" option available, which left us no time to wash the bedding, due to lack of room in the patio to hang dry. Sign by host stated that if fail to washed what was used, there will be additional cleaning fee charge of 5,000 yens.
