  The room was spacious enough, and the beds were quite comfortable. The bathroom was very good, excellent water pressure. The location was good, as it was by a subway station, but a bit of a walk to Osaka Train Station, but still possible to walk until there. The facilities were very clean and they provided free toiletries, which was very convenient.
  
  What could be improved: The hotel provided a van to Osaka Station, but we weren't able to use it as said transportation was running late, we waited for 30 minutes past the time it said it would pick us up and ended up walking to the station with our luggage.

  I appreciate that there is a laundromat on the second floor, where you can purchase detergent at the front desk. They also offer free rentals of hair irons, steamers, and various other items. Additionally, I like that they provide fabric spray in the room. The location is conveniently near Hannoc Cafe and Lawson.
  
  What could be improved: The hotel is quite far from Umeda Station (Red – Midosuji Line); however, there is a nearby metro station, Nakazakicho (Purple – Tanimachi Line).
  
  The hotel room was relatively small. The twin beds could not be positioned next to each other due to the headboard. Additionally, the bathtub drain was not functioning properly, which was quite annoying.
