  Great location. Helpful staff. Rooms are small – as expected – but bigger than APA rooms, and still enough space for 2 with big suitcases. They only clean the room every 3 days (and upon check in/out), but they give you new towels every day.

  This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. Very generous with their amenities. Free drinks, coffee, tea and speciality tea. Close to public transport and lots of restaurants around. Room was small but comfortable.

  The two most important aspects of any hotel room. The bath and and bed. These were thankfully awesome at this hotel. The location was also really good once you start using the underground mall close by for access to trains. The staff were also super friendly.
  
  What could be improved: While not as important as bed or bath, the WiFi is a close third. Unfortunately the WiFi offered to me in the hotel was extremely bad in its configuration. Speed and coverage is not the problem, stability is. Getting thrown of WiFi and ending up spending lots of expensive data is a massive fail.
