  Staff were very welcoming upon arrival. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was great, not far from the train station. We stayed in the hotel for 1 night between taking a flight and taking a train the next day so it was ideal for us!
  
  What could be improved: The room was quite small and there wasn't much space to walk around the bed. Price was expensive for the size of the room. Coffee was only available if you paid for it.

  It was very well located near 2 different stations. One that let us get to Osaka from Kyoto pretty quickly (Hankyu line).
  
  What could be improved: Rooms were a bit small. Also to all tourists, it seemed they don't have the regular luggage delivery service here. The staff told us it was only for locals, so maybe use a nearby store to send it to the next hotel!

  It was close to shin osaka station.
  If coming from the station it is a bit of a walk to the hotel if carrying suitcase.
  But overall it was a great business hotel.
  
  Facilities are all good including the laundry we used them.
  Also the pillows are good. Had the neck support, memory pillows.
  
  What could be improved: Just did not realised the room we booked was too small for us. It was only 10 sqm.
  Better to upgrade to a more spacious room for comfort.
