  You can walk easily into the centre, and there are plenty of bars and good food places nearby. The hotel is very nice and the staff are great. You can park your car here for a an ok fee. Rooms are a good size. Liked staying here.

  Facilities and room were well maintained. Great location, amenities drawer in the lobby was a savior.

  The location is really good, close to the shopping area in Osaka and to the metro station. The bed was comfortable, but not big enough for 2 adults and 1 child. Luckily my daughter gave up to go.

  The location is perfect (near several subway lines) and centrally located in Osaka. They store your luggage at no exra charge, and they arrange for luggage transfer.
  
  What could be improved: There were no laundry facilities, but there was one within 300 meters walking distance (very easy to use). Breakfast has a decent selection (Japanese and Continental), in my humble opinion it was missing some fruits.
