  Simple self check in,close to facilities and trains not too far away.

  Location of resident is not so far from subway and easy to goes to other place.
  
  What could be improved: Difficult to contact hotel staff.I ask hotel staff for leave my luggage before go to KIX Airport.Hotel staff inform me to leave my luggage at some place about 3-5 minutes of walk from hotel but that place was closed and no one there.

  What could be improved: I think people don't notice the function of "heater to dry clothes" in the bathroom. Better to explain for foreigners in English because it was amazing for travelers like us who wanted to do laundry in one night.
  More hanger was needed. And it'd be great if they provide laundry soap.
