The bed was actually comfortable enough that I didn’t wake up with that stiff neck you sometimes get from hotel pillows, and the bathroom – well, it’s small but they’ve clearly thought about how you’d actually use the space. The shower pressure was solid, which honestly matters more than most people admit.

What really won me over was the breakfast situation. They do this Japanese-Western hybrid thing that doesn’t feel like they’re just checking boxes for international guests. The miso soup was legit good, and they had proper coffee alongside the usual hotel stuff. I ended up eating there three mornings in a row, which is rare for me – I usually hunt down a local spot. The morning crowd was mostly business travelers, but there’s something nice about starting your day with that quiet, focused energy before hitting the streets. One small thing that bugged me: the elevator can get pretty packed during rush hours since it’s a busy area, but honestly, that’s more about the neighborhood than the hotel itself. If you’re planning to explore beyond Umeda – and you should, because Dotonbori is just a quick train ride away – this place makes a perfect base. The 8.7 rating feels about right; it’s not going to blow your mind, but it does everything well without any of those annoying surprises that can derail a trip.

  We stayed here for three nights in a deluxe double room, which was quiet and comfortable. Although we didn’t have breakfast, complimentary drinks, coffee, and snacks were available throughout the day. The location in Umeda was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and the subway station. A highlight was the beautiful public bath, designed in an onsen style, located on the 18th floor.
  
  What could be improved: The staff appeared indifferent (no hello, no good bye) and among all the hotels we have stayed at during our trips to Japan, this was where we felt the least welcomed.

  We love the place that is located close to the bus terminal and within 5 mins walking distance. We are able to put our folded bikes in the bag and ask for luggage storage service since we are early for check-in. We can scan the qr code and monitor our laundry. Not forgetting free coffee and snacks.

  The hotel is modern and brand new. The furniture and room facilities are fantastic. I like the bath, even though small, but It is modern. Location is on main street, but quiet area and just few steps from main station.The staff are very very professional and as you deal with machines😁.If you need help, then the answer is expected to follow strict rules of hotel.No exceptions, be ready

  Very nice and clean hotel, the room size are ok and the bed quite confortable. Breakfast buffet is also good with variety of sweet and traditional japanese food. I would surely come back

  The breakfast and Spa were very good, the service was very kind, and the location was good but not excellent.
  
  What could be improved: The check-in was not so good. I had to wait for the correct time, but the room had been ready since my arrival. It is very bad to leave exasperated customers after 30 30-hour flight waiting without a reason. I waited 2 hours for no reason!
