  It is a 3-5mins walk from nearest train station..staff are very friendly and accommodating..easy check-in/check-out..Room size as expected but always tidy up every day..24/7 free laundry area is additional positive point..

  Customer service was great from check in to check out. Location is super close to train station, about a 3 min walk. Heaps of restaurants and food places surrounding hotel and 20 minute walk to the big shopping centre and Osaka St. Will stay here again.
