  LOCATION ! Perfect for a transition night from our visit to Naoshima to our departure from Kansai. That means no hassles of travel and stress pre flight! Room was what we expected, quiet and comfortable, with good access to restaurants for casual meals. Our last minute request to store most of our luggage for 3 days while we travelled down to Naoshima was unreservedly agreed to . We really appreciated that. Later checkout was also a bonus.

  Fantastic location that was connected to the public transport and many restaurants and shops.
  Buffet breakfast was great.
  Wasn't happy with my outdated room on the first night which had bad air-conditioning, stains on the carpet and no safe. I approached the front desk and was changed to a more modern room without issue.
  The updated room and bathroom were lovely and very clean.
  Would recommend but suggest you stipulate staying in a renovated room.
  I would stay again.
