The beds are surprisingly comfortable (I’m picky about this), and the bathrooms have those heated toilet seats that you don’t realize you need until you have them.

Here’s what I really appreciated: the little details that show someone thought about the guest experience. The WiFi actually works throughout the building, there are plenty of power outlets, and the air conditioning responds quickly – crucial during Osaka’s humid summers. The breakfast isn’t anything revolutionary, but it’s a decent mix of Western and Japanese options, and the coffee doesn’t taste like it’s been sitting around since dawn. One small thing that bugged me – the elevators can get pretty crowded during peak hours, especially when there are tour groups staying. But honestly, for a 4-star hotel with an 8.3 rating, you’re getting solid value here.
