  The space was large and allowed 4 or more luggage open at the same time. Hotel has 24-hour reception which is convenience as the first/ last accommodation.

  It’s very spacious and clean. The location is perfect right near Dotonbori! Everything was great, except for one drawback: a crow kept crying from 4am for hours, so I couldn’t really sleep on my last night of traveling:(

  There was enough space in the room for all our luggages, bathroom was equipped by many usable things.
  
  What could be improved: It was hard to ventilate the bathroom so there was smell a little bit in the shower but it was clean.

  Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location was really great for us to walk to many of the places we wanted to go to in Osaka. The room was spacious and the bathroom too which was great. We didn't have much interactions with the staff but on arrival check in was a simple process and our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels. Cannot complain about anything.
  
  What could be improved: We did think that the price was quite high but I think relative to the location and the size of the room we are OK with what we paid. Trying to figure out the light switches was funny, they have a control panel in the middle of the bed so sometimes we would hit a light on in the middle of the night with our head or arm by accident.

  Excellent room space, the bath tub was huge and the amenities given were very nice.
