  The location is super convenient, with a short walk to Yotsubashi Line subway (Hanazonocho), the 24 hour Tamade supermarket, convenience stores and more.
  
  The unit was spacious, comfortable, quiet for most of the time, and had solid wifi, appliances that were new and/or in great condition, closets, sliding doors to partition the bedroom from the living room, a big comfortable bed, powerful aircon, and a good little tv.
  
  Staff / customer support was responsive and helpful at each step. Tip; Use the LINE app for fastest responses, and Booking app chats or email if not pressing, urgent matters.
  
  What could be improved: I only found a few minor things that could be better: checking in could've been a bit easier, with the outer door codes vs unit lockbox. The futon in the living area actually sloped downward, so my laptop slid off of it onto the floor twice 😬

  It was spacious. Very close to metro station. We got to Osaka earlier than the check in time and they allowed us to go into the room. That was really helpful. Also, they were very responsive on the chat.

  The location was very close to the metro, and that was amazing, you could get to the center very fast.
  
  What could be improved: The only thing would be that at night you could hear the people above making noise. It happened only once in 4 nights.

  Clean, convenient to public transport and comfortable. The kitchen, iron, and washing machine were a great benefit.
  Also close to Yamato for luggage transport and there’s a great truly local Japanese shopping street nearby – Haginochaya-Hondori shopping street.

  I really enjoyed my stay at this place. The location was perfect—just a few minutes’ walk from the station and only two stops to Namba Station. There were convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The facilities were comprehensive and met all my needs, and the room was clean and comfortable.
