I mean, they’ve got proper blackout curtains (thank god, because Japanese summer mornings are brutal), a washing machine that actually works well, and – this might sound weird but hear me out – the shower pressure is fantastic. You know how apartment rentals usually have that sad trickle? Not here. The whole setup screams attention to detail, from the way they’ve arranged the kitchenette to how they’ve stocked it with basics you’d never think to ask for but definitely need.

The location is honestly genius if you want to experience real Osaka. You’re on this quiet residential street where you can actually hear yourself think, but walk five minutes toward Teradacho station and you hit this incredible stretch of Korean BBQ joints and grocery stores that most tourists never discover. Then it’s just one train stop to get into central Namba – I timed it, door to door it’s maybe 15 minutes to reach Dotonbori, but you’re sleeping somewhere you can actually rest instead of listening to drunk salarymen at 2 AM. The building itself is typical Japanese residential architecture, nothing fancy from the outside, but that 9.4 rating makes complete sense once you’re inside. Everything works exactly as it should, the WiFi doesn’t cut out when you need it most, and the air conditioning is properly maintained – small things that become huge when you’re dealing with Osaka’s humidity in summer. I actually ended up extending my stay an extra night because leaving felt premature, you know? It’s rare to find a place that gets both the practical stuff right and still feels like you’re experiencing the city authentically rather than being isolated in some international hotel bubble.

  It was conveniently located. It was very roomy and comfortable for three of us. It was well stocked with dishes, utensils,toiletries, charging cables, washing machine, etc. We were only there two nights so we didn’t use much other than the beds! It was very quiet. Would stay there again.
  
  What could be improved: The only recommendation is to mention that if you book on booking.com you will receive a message with instructions on how to access the property. I may have missed reading that but fortunately my son figured out what to do. You do not “check in” but will be given an access code to the “smart lock.”

  What could be improved: Average 15 mins walk to any stations, no lights on the stairs at night. Far away from attractions. You have to allocate a 1500 yen cab per trip, to get to the nearest station on average.

  Echt ruime kamer, met keukentje en aparte badkamer. Zelfs een wasmachine. Drie volwaardige lekkere bedden. Twee metro/treinstations binnen kwartier lopen. Midden in Korea town waar het na vijven erg rustig was. Goede interactie met host.

  坐落的位置在桃谷車站跟鶴橋車站中間，房間在2樓，走路到桃谷車站比較方便，房間應有盡有一進房間，孩子們就直呼房間好大，我們在這邊得到充分的休息

  What could be improved: 地理位置離市中心稍微偏一點，公車站走路約3-5分鐘，走到地鐵站大約要15分鐘。若有買day pass來回跑市區，算是不錯的住宿選擇。

  上樓就可以直接料理
  樓下買和牛，新鮮度完全不用擔心
  
  交通上若到地鐵站需要步行約10至15分
  會經過另一條桃谷商店圈
  步行也不無聊
  但小孩需考量體力
  若有小孩可以選擇直接搭巴士到鶴橋站
  巴士站就在天神宮前，非常的方便
  約一個小時一班
  對於第一次出國的我來說
