  The seamless easy check in check out. The room we booked is also large as compared to other hotels at similar prices.
  
  What could be improved: The distance away from the main attractions.
  Also, take note that if you are using the Kintetsu Airport Limo bus to and from Kansai airport, the bus hours are limited in the evening (to KIX airport) and stops at 9pm (from KIX airport). If you arrive late night, you have to take trains which is a little long walk from the Metro station Tanimachi-9-chome.
