The bathroom actually has decent water pressure (anyone who’s stayed in older Japanese hotels knows this isn’t guaranteed), and there’s enough space to properly unpack without living out of your suitcase. The staff at check-in were genuinely helpful — not just polite in that professional way, but actually seemed to care about making sure I knew how to get around the area. They hand-drew a little map showing the best route to Osaka Castle that completely avoided the tourist crowds, which ended up being brilliant advice. The only minor thing I’d mention is that the elevator can be a bit slow during busy times, but honestly, that’s pretty typical for buildings in this part of the city. What impressed me most was how clean everything stayed — I was there for four nights and never once felt like housekeeping was just going through the motions. That 9.6 rating isn’t just inflated by people being polite; this place genuinely delivers on the basics while adding those little touches that make you feel like you made a smart choice instead of just booking whatever was cheapest.

  Beautiful place and made our stay excellent

  We had 3 adults and a toddler. They're was plenty of space for the 4 of us and the 3 adults each had their own bed. It was walking distance to the train station and 7/11 (less than 5 minutes) and it was very easy to get to universal studios, which was the main reason for our stay. Everything was clean and well equipped. Overall we had a great time and really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!
  
  What could be improved: We personally had some issues accessing the keys and as it was close to midnight and we didn't have roaming on our phones it was difficult to reach the property managers. After some time we managed to get roaming on a phone and call them and they did find a solution for us but after an international flight, almost midnight, near zero temps and a very upset toddler, it was very stressful.

  Emplacement très calme (ça peut dépendre aussi des autres occupants des locations dans la rue). Bien situé par rapport à la ligne loop d'Osaka.
  Appartement très bien équipé. Literies très confortable.
  Les enfants ont adoré les équipements.
  
  What could be improved: Les tables basses du salon sont sur 3 pieds et elles peuvent basculer (notamment avec les enfants). La lampe du salon est stylé mais basse et il peut arriver qu'on s'y cogne. Il n'y a pas vraiment de possibilité de s'installer pour manger.
