  Super convenient in a great area – 10 min walk from Osaka station, beautiful rooms and great amenities. Rooms were big and very well maintained

  The location was excellent, and the room was surprisingly spacious compared to other hotels in the area. I really loved my stay here!
  
  What could be improved: Just a small suggestion: the room had a large TV, but it could only be used for local channels, which was a bit unfortunate. It would have been great if we could mirror our phones to the TV or access streaming apps like Netflix, rather than being limited to local Japanese channels.

  Location is great, only a 15-minute walk to one of the main transport hubs in Osaka. The room was huge, clean and had all the amenities. Staff were friendly. Breakfast and lunch were excellent too. Would stay here again!
  
  What could be improved: The city tax is quite a lot and added an extra 15-16000¥ to my overall bill (4 night stay). Would prefer to know this before arrival as it’s an unwelcome surprise.
