Look, I’ll be honest – when I first saw that ridiculously long name for this place, I almost scrolled past it thinking it was some kind of spam listing. But honestly? It’s actually pretty accurate marketing, just crammed into one overwhelming title. This is basically a full house rental in Naniwa that sleeps eight people comfortably, and it’s become my go-to recommendation for families or groups who want to stay together without breaking the bank on multiple hotel rooms.

The location is what really sold me on this place. You’re literally four minutes from Imamiya Station – I timed it because I’m obsessive like that – which means you can hop on the Nankai line and be in Namba or Dotonbori in under ten minutes. No joke, this beats staying in those cramped Shinsaibashi hotels where you’re paying triple the price for a shoebox room. The neighborhood itself is pretty residential and quiet, which means you’ll actually get some sleep (trust me, after a day of navigating Osaka crowds, you’ll appreciate this). There’s a Family Mart about two blocks away, and honestly, that convenience store became my breakfast spot most mornings.

What I really liked about the actual house – and yes, it’s a proper standalone house, not some converted apartment – is that it doesn’t feel like a sterile rental property. The kitchen actually has everything you need if you want to cook, which we did a few times because eating out for every meal gets expensive fast. The washing machine was a lifesaver for a longer stay, and having three bathrooms meant no one was waiting around in the morning. The parking situation is legit too, which is rare in Osaka – most places either don’t have it or charge you an arm and a leg for it. I mean, the rooms aren’t massive or anything, but they’re comfortable and the beds are decent quality. The WiFi worked perfectly, which matters more than I care to admit when you’re trying to navigate a city where half the signs aren’t in English. You know what surprised me most? How quiet it gets at night despite being so close to the train station. I was expecting more noise, but the residential streets really buffer you from the main thoroughfares.

  It’s spacious, very clean and very new. It’s equipped with everything you need for travelers. The nighborhood is a quiet little community but easy accessible to the nearest JR station which connect the Osaka Loop Line. The owner is helpful to provide useful information.

  非常日本的房子，能体验他们本国人的住宿条件，里面很干净，洗漱也很舒服，住着非常好，距离地铁站也还可以，边上有家很大的超市，里面什么都有！

  房东特意来地铁站接我们，是一栋很新的一户建民宿，里面非常干净，需要的东西一应俱全，而且有两个洗澡间，三个卫生间，对于我们7个人大家庭来说真的十分方便，不用排队洗澡了，房间也很多，其中有一件是榻榻米房间，真的特别适合带小孩子的家庭，晚上睡觉不用担心孩子会滚下床了。真的是特别好民宿，对于我来说，是我5次来日本住过最好的民宿，特别推荐

  虽然已经去过大阪很多次，但这是第一次带孩子(2岁多)出行，为考虑孩子住的宽敞舒适，不影响他人，选择了这间新民宿，整个体验特别棒。
  1. 空间很大。 上下三层，一楼厨房客厅，二楼三楼各两个卧室。每层都有卫生间，二层有浴缸，三层有淋浴。我们是两大一小，简直绰绰有余。非常适合家庭或者团体结伴出行，短期长期都是非常合适的。我们住在二层的榻榻米，轻松放得下四个单人futon，我们一家三口睡得非常舒适，又不担心孩子乱滚掉下床。简直是幼龄宝宝首选。
  2. 设备齐全。绝不是那种小小的简易厨房，Takara整体厨房，三眼灶炉带日式特色小烤盘，大大大水槽，双排流理台面，嵌入式洗碗机（房东还提供了专用的finish洗碗筷），还有电饭煲，分类清楚的内置垃圾箱，东芝的水波炉更是亮点。不过水波炉我没有特别研究，只使用了微波功能，希望后面入住的朋友能够充分利用上。锅碗瓢盆成套且足够，三个不同大小的锅具，厨房专用剪刀等等。三个卫生间全部都是独立且带温水马桶盖。二楼整体浴室非常宽敞，浴缸又大又防滑，孩子每天泡澡很开心。洗衣机也在二楼浴室，洗衣液柔顺剂一应俱全，浴室带有衣物干燥功能，有急用时可以用来干燥衣物，很方便。毛巾质量很好，牙刷牙膏甚至棉签都有准备。每个床铺床褥枕头都是高品质。看得出房东是用心挑选过的。一楼的电视机也可以看了，我们看了Netflix很多动画片 （孩子的最爱）。
  3. 干净崭新。这是一间崭新的一户建，外观内饰全部都透着新的味道（但绝不是装修味道），榻榻米房间的壁橱甚至还贴着标签。我们一共住了7晚，房东有贴心的中间增加一次卫生打扫和垃圾清理。因为设计合理，房东用心维护（房东就住在旁边的一间一户建），所以卫生方面可圈可点。
  4.交通位置：离JR今宫站步行也就四五分钟，因为我们携带幼儿出行，所以行动不快，否则可能两三分钟就能到达。也可以选择去大国町地铁站，如果熟悉了路线，步行约八九分钟即可。如果天气舒适，想走一走，可以直接去JR新今宫站，大概也就十几分钟，那里可以直接去机场或者临空奥莱。非常方便。如果人数在三四位，我更推荐打车前往附近，比如我们从难波地区打车回来，才760日元，去天王寺商圈约1400日元（金额供参考）。周边其实是一个很local的住宅区域，但是便利店，Aeon超市，往大国町方向走走还有不少好饭店，比起去心斋桥难波那里排队吃贵的餐厅，其实在这边吃很不错。我们就找到了一家叫做“全牛”的烤肉店，吃了两回，价格实惠，肉质一流（我们也去了神户吃牛肉，这家绝对可以一拼）。
  5. 服务细心。房东一直很热情贴心，到的时候去今宫站接我们，还带我们去Aeon超市，准备了小小的鲜花和水果迎接我们（宝宝很爱吃那个红提子），中间帮忙代买水果，最后也坚持把水果送给孩子吃。出发那天和我们告别等等。
  总之非常推荐，虽然是新上线的民宿，但是还是推荐大家去。对了，有很多人会担心一户建楼梯不好走，这个房子的楼梯宽敞，坡度合适，扶手安装的恰到好处，我们走的毫无负担，孩子爬上爬上很开心，我们还有时候坐在楼梯上聊聊天。每个房间都有壁橱，有阳台晾晒，每个窗户都有纱窗，简直太方便。新的一户建随着技术的发展，有很多改善的地方，越来越人性化。值得一住！
  
  We've been to Osaka for many times but it was our first time with our 2-year-old kid. In general, i highly recommend this new house esp. for family or group trips. It has 3 floors with a fully-equipped modern kitchen and a spacious dinning room on 1st. Each floor has a toilet. Amazingly to me, there is a dishwasher and a big tatami room which is perfectly for kids as you don't need to worry about the kids falling from the bed. It is not located in a commercial area but the transportation is quite convenient. It is near JR&metro station. Namba area is quite close too. Tennoji is also a good choice to go nearby. The host is very considerate.

  新規掲載の宿泊施設で不安なところもありましたが、建物自体が新しく清潔感があり、過ごしやすかった。立地は閑静な住宅地の中にあり、夜も静かでした。人数分のフェイスタオルとバスタオルが用意されており、全て今治タオルという贅沢さ。また利用したいです。
  
  What could be improved: リビングに大きなテレビが常設されてますが、アンテナが繋がっていないためか、観ることができなかったのが残念でした。
  宿泊施設への進入路は車でギリギリすれ違える位の道幅しかないので、バックで20m程度進入して駐車場に停める必要ありです。
