The walk to USJ really is about 10 minutes if you’re moving at a decent pace, maybe 15 if you’ve got little ones in tow or you’re dragging suitcases.

What surprised me most was how thoughtfully they’ve set things up for families. The rooms aren’t huge – this is Japan, after all – but they’ve maximized every inch without making it feel cramped. There’s this clever little area where kids can dump their stuff without it taking over the entire room, and honestly, the soundproofing is better than I expected. You’re not going to hear every conversation from the hallway, which matters when you’re trying to get overtired kids to sleep after a day at the theme park. The staff genuinely seems to get that families have different needs too – they’re not just tolerating your kids, they’re actually helpful about things like restaurant recommendations nearby that aren’t just convenience store meals. Speaking of which, there’s a decent Family Mart about a 3-minute walk away, and a couple of local spots that do solid katsu and ramen if you want something more substantial than theme park food.

The 9.2 rating isn’t inflated either, which honestly shocked me because I’m usually skeptical of ratings that high. But the little details add up – the Wi-Fi actually works throughout the building, the air conditioning doesn’t sound like a jet engine, and the shower pressure is surprisingly good for a newer building. The front desk staff’s English is pretty solid, though they seem more comfortable with basic travel questions than complex requests. One minor thing – the breakfast situation is pretty minimal, so don’t expect a big spread, but there are plenty of options within walking distance if you want to venture out. The location keeps you close enough to Universal Studios that you can easily pop back for afternoon naps (which, let’s be real, is crucial with kids), but far enough from the main tourist chaos that you’re not dealing with crowds every time you step outside. It’s sort of the best of both worlds if you don’t need to be right in the thick of everything.

  So clean and so nice comfy and with all amenities for long stay used like the washing machine with drier, the hot and cold in all source of water and many more plus theres no 2nd or 3rd floor its a one flat house
