  Location was really good. We could easily go to any part of the town. There was no breakfast but 7eleven is few meters away so it is not a problem.
  I liked smoking area outside of the hotel on fresh air and it was really great.
  
  What could be improved: Only one elevator and no stairs. We had to wait for 15 minutes to go down in checkout time. Outside of this time it was not a big deal and we could get elevator easily.
  Also there was some bad smell in the bathroom when it was closed but it was like that also in better hotel (4*) in kyoto so do not see this as a big problem.
  Do not know why receptionist also took pictures of our passports with a mobile phone after making paper copy.

  The amount of space in the apartment is brilliant for Japan! It was more than triple the space of our Tokyo accommodation and definitely our favourite of the hotels we stayed in

  Very big and spacious, I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Big and comfy beds, big TV, kitchen area was adequate and laundry facilities were very good also.
  
  What could be improved: Certain area of the room were very dusty like it hadnt been cleaned in a while which wasnt very good for my allergies.

  Spacious apartment style rooms with great access to the trains and Sakaisuji Line. Close to a 7-eleven for groceries. Staff were also very kind and helpful.
  
  What could be improved: Need to have more irons available to use. Had to ask a couple times but eventually staff got one back.

  The hotel had a lot of room so when you came back from a long day of walking and exploring you could actually relax. Other hotels in Osaka for the same price are very small and feel way too cramped.

  Airy and spacious (especially for Japan!), comfortable base for exploring Osaka. LOVED the washing machine after a week hiking there Kumano Kodo. There is an excellent izikaya round the corner!

  Great location beat Shinsekai and close to the metro. This place is huge compared to every other hotel you will stay in in Japan it’s essentially an apartment rather than a hotel room.
