Okay, so the name of this place is absolutely ridiculous – it’s basically a novel-length description in Japanese that tells you everything upfront: sleeps up to 9 people, rental villa, 5-minute walk from Nihonbashi Station, next to Kuromon Market. I mean, they’re not wrong about any of it, but good luck remembering that when you’re booking.

Here’s what actually matters though – this rental house is honestly one of the better finds in central Osaka if you’re traveling with a group. The location is kind of perfect in that sneaky way where you’re not right in the middle of tourist chaos, but you can walk to pretty much everything. Kuromon Market is literally around the corner, and I’m talking about the real deal here – not some sanitized tourist version. You’ll hear the vendors setting up around 6 AM (fair warning if you’re a light sleeper), but honestly, grabbing fresh sushi for breakfast from the market stalls is worth the early wake-up call. The house itself feels more like staying at someone’s actual home rather than a sterile vacation rental. There’s enough space that nine people won’t feel cramped, which is saying something in Osaka where most places are designed for hobbits.

What I really appreciated was how walkable everything is from here – and I mean actually walkable, not “20-minute death march” walkable. Dotonbori takes about 10 minutes on foot, Namba’s maybe 8, and Shinsaibashi is close enough that you’ll probably end up there accidentally while exploring. The neighborhood itself has this lived-in feel where you’ll see locals doing their grocery shopping and kids walking to school. There’s a Family Mart about two blocks away (you know you’ll need it), and the coin laundry situation is sorted if you’re staying longer. The house has that Japanese attention to detail thing going on – slippers by the door, proper kitchen setup, and the kind of bathroom where everything actually works properly. Parking isn’t really an issue since you’re so close to the station, but heads up that the streets around here are typical Osaka narrow, so if you’re thinking about renting a car, maybe reconsider. The 8.6 rating makes sense because while it’s not fancy-hotel perfect, it delivers exactly what it promises without any nasty surprises. Check-in was straightforward, the place was clean, and honestly, for the price point and location, you’re getting a pretty solid deal – especially if you split it among a group and want to live like locals for a few days instead of being stuck in a hotel room.

  A lot of room 99m2 with three separate bed rooms. Close to main sights in Osaka.
  
  What could be improved: Provided information was not accurate. There was no washing machine. We could use one a few blocks within management office. There was a curtain missing in one bed room with a lantern outside. Owner was very responsive but not able to solve in time. Ground floor has no privacy as directly located to the street on three sides. Requiring closed curtains. Main bed is too small.

  餐廳店家超多，不怕找不到吃的，不擔心沒地方逛街~
  附近有24小時超市、全家、7-11，超方便，早餐宵夜零食都買得到，餓不著~而且有廚具可以料理，有很多選擇~
  房間很舒適，很乾淨~樓梯不會很窄，可以接受~
  房東回覆訊息速度很快~很安心~

  住宿地點非常好，離黑門市場很近，附近走路1分鐘有全家和711便利商店，離最近的車站也只要走路4~5分鐘，非常方便。
  客廳和三間房間都很寬敞也各自有冷氣，8月去真的很舒適，有兩間衛浴多人住不會搶廁所。整體來說都算乾淨，晚上睡得不錯，小朋友很喜歡這間住宿~雖然沒洗衣機，但是房子對面就有一間自助洗衣店，也很便利。
  住宿方有效率又很親切，雖然都是線上聯繫但都很快就回覆，聯繫要求多一點垃圾袋或衛生紙等備品也很快就將東西送到，真的幫助很大^_^。
  
  What could be improved: 不知是不是理解錯誤的原因，所以有兩天的垃圾沒有收，上午把垃圾放在門外晚上回去發現垃圾還在，但這沒有太影響房間的舒適度。
