They’re not wrong about any of it.

This isn’t your typical hotel situation at all – it’s actually a private house rental that’s been converted into what I can only describe as an adult playground. Located on the second floor of the Ginbasha Building in central Osaka, you’d walk right past it if you weren’t looking for the entrance. The building itself looks pretty standard from the outside, but once you get upstairs, it’s like stepping into someone’s really well-planned party house. The space is genuinely massive for Japan standards, and I can see why they claim it’s one of the biggest private rentals in the country. You know what struck me most? The attention to detail in setting up entertainment spaces – there are game consoles everywhere, some kind of indoor athletic setup (think jungle gym meets adult obstacle course), and enough seating areas that a large group wouldn’t feel cramped.

The location is actually perfect if you’re planning to explore Osaka properly. That “1-minute from station” claim is legit – I timed it, and it’s literally a 45-second walk to the station entrance. You’re right in the thick of things but on a quiet side street, so you don’t get the constant noise that comes with being directly on a main road. The whole setup feels like it was designed by people who actually understand how groups travel together – there’s enough space for everyone to spread out, but also communal areas where you naturally end up hanging out together.
