The whole experience reminds you why the Japanese have perfected the art of bathing. What really impressed me was how quiet it gets in the evenings; you’d never guess you’re still within the city limits. The private parking lot is clutch too – I know that sounds mundane, but if you’ve ever tried to navigate Osaka’s parking situation, you’ll understand why this matters. Most places either don’t have parking or charge you through the nose for it.

The rooms have this interesting blend of traditional and modern that actually works (unlike some places that try too hard and end up looking like a theme park). The tatami areas feel genuine, and the modern amenities don’t clash with the aesthetic. You know what struck me most? The attention to small details – the way the lighting changes throughout the day, how the staff remembers your preferences after just one night, the quality of the towels in the bath area. It’s those little things that bump a good place up to great. The direct connection to KIX isn’t just marketing speak either; I timed it, and you can genuinely get to the airport faster from here than from most hotels in central Osaka, especially during rush hour when the main roads turn into parking lots. With a 9.1 rating, I expected it to be solid, but it exceeded even those high expectations. Sure, you’re not in the heart of Dotonbori or Shinsaibashi, but sometimes that’s exactly what you want – a place that feels authentically Japanese without the tourist crowds, where you can actually relax and enjoy that amazing bath without fighting for space.

  The property is on three floors with a lift. There are eight of us and there were more than enough room for all of us. It is a beautiful property and the host was very responsive and helped us through our check in and were in constant contact with us through email. My booking.com app was faulty and I could not see any messages sent by the properties we went to. But this host was quick to realise my predicament and sent messages to me to include my email so that I knew where to go and how to check in.
  Booking.com was of no help and I had to ring London where their call centre is for check in for the previous property we went to. It was so stressful.
  But this host is super responsive and so helpful. We were so happy and so comfortable staying at this property. It’s around five minutes walk to Tengachaya station and there’s a big supermarket there. Taking the train to the airport was a breeze. The Nankai express goes directly to the airport from Tengachaya station. You only have to take ten steps to shop at Family Mart opposite the property. We were able to buy our breakfast there and shop for our dinners at the supermarket.
  I would recommend the property to anyone who wants to experience comfort and luxury while they are in Japan. The bath with a beautiful garden is a bonus as the children love a soak after a full day out and about.
  
  What could be improved: Nothing but the only inconvenience is the sink. It’s small and water splashed out while we were washing the cups and dishes

  It’s a 3 storey and there is lift inside so easy for elderly to go up n down however if very crump for wheelchair. There is a mini Mart just about 20 steps directly in front of the apartment. At the train exit got supermarket.
  
  What could be improved: It is quite a distance from the nearest train station and elderly have difficulty walking over. Quiet place. Even for me, it felt quite far as well.

  Clean & spacious (both the bedroom & dining room) with some good facilities. Good to have rooms on 3 floors so that there are some privacy available.

  Super schönes Haus auf mehreren Etagen in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und trotzdem traditionell gestaltet. Wir hatten zu siebt sehr viel Platz. Das Badezimmer unten war ein Traum. Nächste U-Bahn Station war auch nur weniger Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und ein Family Mart direkt gegenüber.
