You know what’s funny about this place? The name is basically a Japanese travel checklist crammed into one long title, but honestly – it delivers on pretty much everything it promises. I stayed at this 4LDK house rental (that’s four bedrooms plus living/dining/kitchen for anyone wondering) in the Tengachaya area, and it’s one of those spots that locals probably walk past without thinking twice, but as a visitor, you’re getting serious value.

The location is actually perfect if you want to feel like you’re living in a real Osaka neighborhood instead of some touristy bubble. Tengachaya Station is maybe a 5-minute walk – I timed it because I’m weird like that – and from there you can shoot straight to Namba or catch the Nankai line direct to Kansai Airport, which honestly saved me so much stress on departure day. The street itself is quiet, mostly residential with a few local shops, and you’ll probably hear the morning train announcements if you’re a light sleeper, but it’s not jarring or anything. There’s this little convenience store about two blocks over that became my go-to for morning coffee and those triangle rice balls that somehow taste better in Japan.

What really sold me was the free parking – and I mean actually free, not “free with asterisks.” If you’re planning to rent a car and hit up places like Nara or venture into Kyoto’s outskirts, having guaranteed parking in Osaka is huge. The house itself feels more spacious than most hotel rooms you’d get for the price, and there’s something satisfying about having a proper kitchen where you can store those weird Kit Kat flavors you bought too many of. The whole setup reminded me of staying at a friend’s place rather than a rental – clean but lived-in, functional without being fancy. I mean, it’s got that slightly-dated-but-well-maintained vibe that a lot of Japanese homes have, with those sliding doors and the genkan entrance where you actually want to take your shoes off. The 8.6 rating makes sense; it’s not going to blow your mind with luxury, but it covers all the basics really well and the value is undeniable. Plus, when you’re five minutes from Tennoji and can easily hit Shinsekai for late-night kushikatsu runs, or catch the loop line to anywhere in the city, you realize location beats fancy amenities every time.

  What could be improved: 沖涼房水渠閉塞，第一次沖涼已水浸，廚房有點髒。如果需要第二個泊車位，車位與住宿的地方相距5分鐘路程（走路）。房子可以住7-8個人，不過飯桌只能坐5個人，沒有足夠的飯桌椅
